Prepare the Package
Carefully place the hat in its original shipping box or a sturdy equivalent to prevent crushing, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
